Safe Sanctuaries

In the spirit of expressing the church's love for its children and the children of the community, all will be accepted in Christian love, regardless of race, color, ethnic or national origin, or disability.  For this reason, all who come in contact with children or youth through programs or events are required to obtain a Pennsylvania Childline Abuse Clearance.

 

Any group using the church facilities is also expected to meet the Safe Sanctuary policy of The United Methodist Church.

 

To obtain clearances simply download, print and complete the forms shown below.  Be sure to read the instructions carefully as to the sections to be completed by the individual.

 

Submit the completed forms to the church officefor processing.
